About Us

Born from Survival. Built for Hope.

Cancer Impact Support Services (CISS) was founded by Chizara Philips, a breast cancer survivor whose personal journey of resilience became the foundation for a movement of healing and empowerment.

CISS provides emotional, physical, and social support during and after cancer, with programs including wellness coaching, mindset building, peer-led groups, and culturally informed outreach.

No matter the stage of the journey, CISS helps survivors rebuild confidence, restore hope, and live with purpose.
